Good morning po! My name is Kathrina Marie Natan from Pasig City. At the age of 21, I was diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) / End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). 

My doctor already advised me that I needed to undergo dialysis procedure. At first, I was really hesitant because I knew that I'm still young and strong enough to accept a lifetime treatment. It took me 3 months to finally accept my current situation. 

I started doing Peritoneal dialysis last November. I want to live a normal life again but only a kidney transplant can give that. I am asking for your support, please please buy these #TshirtForACause.
